Treatment of Viral Papillomatosis in the First-Calf Heifers

The research results indicate that the incidence rate of papillomatosis detected in the udder skin of first-calf heifers kept in 15 farms and subsidiary households of the Kotayk and Ararat regions of Armenia averagely amounts to 32.7 %. The further treatment of the mentioned disease was implemented through the combination of three medicinal products: 2 % novocaine solution, vitamin B12 and 10% betadine ointment. As a result of treatment, the animals were recovered without relapses.
