Abstract

In the modern market economy information technologies are of paramount importance in all activity areas due to their substantiated effectiveness. Nowadays IT plays an important role in the state system forming new electronic management versions. Currently the process of introducing e-governance in Armenia can be considered as already launched, but it is still necessary to take appropriate measures to ensure its high efficiency and solve problems in this area.
