Abstract

The article is devoted to the identification of the
development trends for viticulture in Vayots Dzor marz. Studies indicate that during the period of 2012-2017, the area of vineyards increased in 1.8 times, and this growth shows a stable dynamic tendency. According to our estimations, this is a high indicator, which can serve as an important prerequisite for the further development of viticulture. Vayots Dzor marz has a sound potential in viticulture that remains still unused.
